Tim Durkin has been speaking professionally for nearly 20 years. He specializes in leadership development, customer service and change management in the healthcare industry. Tim is a 10 time board member of NSA/North Texas, one of NSA’s largest chapters and he’s also the 2013 chapter president. He was recently honored with the 2010 Joseph J. Charbonneau Award winner; the chapter equivalent of The Cavett Award/Spirit of CAPS award.
Tim’s client list ranges from firms like GE, IBM, AT&T, and Ernst & Young, to dozens of leading healthcare institutions across the US. When not speaking he enjoys hanging out with Dave Lieber and Vince Poscente dreaming of going from recreational skier to Olympian and then writing a good story about it.
